Rainbow Board Meetings
The Rainbow Water District Board of Commissioners regularly meets at the Rainbow Offices, 1550 N. 42nd Street, Springfield, at 5:30 pm on the second Wednesday of every month. The Budget Committee meets during the months of April and May. The district operates under a fiscal year of July 1 to June 30, with financial statements audited annually.

ORS 192.705 and Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 199-050-0070 require the public body to provide to whom a grievance may be submitted for an alleged violation by the governing body of provisions in the Public Meetings Law. The District’s contact person, to whom a Public Meetings Law grievance must be submitted in writing, is the Superintendent.
Public Meetings Law Grievance letters may be:
(a) mailed first class mail to: Superintendent, Rainbow Water District, PO Box 8, Springfield OR 97477
(b) emailed to the Superintendent at: office@rwdonline.net,
