Shangri-La Water District serves a rural neighborhood along Deerhorn Road with 2 wells, 1 storage tank, and an upper level booster pump station.

This is the map of Shangri-La's service area. Rainbow Water District assists Shangri-La with planning and system repairs and we serve as the licensed operator to oversee the water system. As of July 2025 Rainbow also began providing bookkeeping services and processing water bills after Wendy retired.

Service Line Inventory. Shangri-La was required to inspect all 95 public/private water services within the water system and this project was completed in August 2024. The data staff collected confirmed there are no lead service lines.
